A: Everyone walking the planet has been divinely designed with the sacred gift of spiritual insight. We have all had intuitive experiences that we could not explain. These were moments in which we unknowingly tapped into the intuitive power of Spirit. Spirit will help you discover and develop this gift once you acknowledge it and commit to a daily space to seek further understanding.

 

Q: How do I distinguish the difference between my thoughts and those of Spirit?

A: Spirit’s counsel always produces a sense of peace, inner balance, and unconditional love for all things. There is no self-centered energy involved in Spirit’s insight. If you experience unrest or doubt, it is certain that Spirit is not the source of your inspiration.

 

Q: What are some things that block Spiritual intuitive insight?

A: All inner or interpersonal conflict clogs the conduit through which we receive Spirit’s insight. Conditional acceptance of others is the most basic cause of all inner conflict.

 

Q: Can I develop spiritual insight on my own?

A: Yes! The place to begin is simply to create a space in your daily schedule to slow your pace. With a thankful heart, sit in the stillness of your Creator and find the place where your mind is at peace. Choose a time, either early in the morning or late at night each day to sit quietly for just one minute. Allow no intrusions of phone calls or other interruptions to disturb this space.

Once you become truly quiet you will become aware of the “noise” that churns in your mind and the tension that you carry in your body. Quietly request Spirit’s help in slowing and stilling the physical, mental, and emotional noise. As you relax, allow yourself to clear your mind of any visual images or passing thoughts.

Expand the minute to a longer period of time, as you feel comfortable doing so. As time passes you will then discover a place in your mind that is without the “noise of life”. The amount of time it will take to still this noise is directly related to the amount of unresolved conflict and tension in your life. I am 1000% certain that there is no amount of conflict that Spirit cannot resolve. Spirit’s insight knows no barriers or limits.
